  Very happy with my experience with the Osetopath I saw, Jessica Walls. She is knowledgeable, friendly and warm. Helped with my pain and is helping me understand more about my pain and its origins. I look forward to more sessions in the ATUNE rooms with Jessica. The only downfall is that it can be tricky to get a hold of on the phone sometimes however I do understand it must be a challenging time for the clinic at the moment.

  I was referred to Simon Ashley about six years ago, when I was recovering from a broken leg and damaged knee. My mobility was poor and my back pain was chronic. Since then, I have been receiving regular Osteo treatment from Simon, which has allowed me to have a much improved quality of life. I also have regular Remedial Massages with the lovely Emily, which compliments the treatment I get from Simon. Recently, I have had issues with my Achilles and have been seeing Michael, one of the Physiotherapists, with marked improvement in that area. Simon, Emily and Michael work as a team to offer me the best treatment possible.
  ATUNE Health is amazing. The professional staff are highly qualified in their area of expertise, the receptionists are always very friendly and efficient, especially the lovely Grace, and they offer a broad range of services all in the one business.
  I would highly recommend ATUNE Health and look forward to the opening of their new centre at Cardiff.

  Absolutely love the centre-its very peaceful and inviting. Cannot fault the centre itself, however you can barely EVER get through to a receptionist. You are asked to leave you name and number and someone will get back to you, often this is a few hours later! Not very good when this centre also includes a doctors surgery and you are trying to make/ amend an appointment. Management need yo invest more money in reception staff so that calls can be answered.

  Best GP’s I’ve ever seen. Best team who smoothly make a team medical approach work for you. I feel listened to, not rushed and for the first time in years feel like my doctors and medical practitioners are on my side; helping my needs and taking the time to get it right and ask you if that works for you. ATUNE is different from other places and I wish more health centres were like them! All the staff are so polite and i know I have found the team of professionals that will help me for the rest of my life!

  We have just been for our first appointments at Atune in Cardiff only to find out that we hadn’t been booked in. Apparently because an email that we never received was not responded to. But things like this happen I get it. I was more the treatment by the reception questioning whether we even knew why we were there phrases like’are you sure you are not here for the dentist not the doctor’ and ‘oh we never book in those types of appointments they are always 45 mins’ only to be informed, when we read out their email stating that they had booked in 30 mins each for a rego appointment, that the reason there was no appointment was because we have failed to reply to an email that was I received by us despite all previous correspondence confirming the appointment.Extremely rude and condescending not what you want ever but particularly not from a medical centre

  I have seen Simon regularly for treatment over a number of years to keep me active and playing competitive sport. In that time i have used a variety of the service Atune offers from physios, massage and oesteos and i have found all practitioners to be professional and helpful in their treatments. They communicate well in their treatments and all the staff through out Atune are just a generally nice bunch of people.

  I have been seeing Simon Ashley at Atune for approx 4 years now ... he is just an amazing osteopath and is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He has fitted me in if I needed an urgent appointment and is just a wonderful person to have in the health industry. His receptionists are the best, especially Grace, such a lovely girl. Well done Simon and your team!!
