  Underwent some renovation works on my 7x3m concrete pool recently with blue haven pools. The guys took off my old interior and added a new smoother interior called haven white. we also added a ledge in the shallow end and added a heat pump onto the provisions. Can now swim happily all year round.

  I paid the deposit for my pool 4 months ago and absolutely nothing has happened since. We were told our pool would be completed by February But no one has been out to our house since the measurements were done. The salesman came out in October and did his nice little sales pitch but the service does not back up what he says. Communication is very poor, they don’t return phone calls or respond to the emails we have sent. Very disappointed in Blue Haven Pools.

  I've been attempting to get a quote from Blue Haven Pools for over a month, but I have yet to hear anyone answering or responding to my calls or emails, which is disappointing as we're ready to move forward.

  I had a really bad experience with BlueHaven pools. John the salesman at Warner’s Bay seems very pleasant. He will reassure you when signing the contract, that it’s a very easy process and your pool will only cost you what you signed for.
  WELL ITS NOT THE CASE !!!
  1. Beware of the excavation hidden costs. Check the Astérix in the clause of the contract.
  2. The company is run by the Sydney office and John cannot control or keep to his word if it’s not on the contract. His words have no impact on the way they construct your pool.
  3. You will get Low quality tradies and they won’t tell you anything about your pool- you’re constantly chasing them to find out when they will attend to your pool
  4. You will be up sold on water line tiles, water filters that you don’t need and you’ll be treated really badly. The prices they quote are ridiculous for example $4000 quote for water line tiles!
  5. The handover of the pool is also not met in a timely manner. 3 months after moving into my house they haven’t handed over the pool correctly
  6. I wouldn’t deal with blue haven even if they paid me. They made me pay in full months before they completed the work !
  The owner Richie and Ramonda aren’t very ethical and I will not recommend them to anyone in the future. We had such a bad experience and NEVER AGAIN !

  Worse company with the worse customer service. After my husband left a review. Mick from blue haven pools called me and abused me over the phone and bullied me into removing the review.
  
  The review is our experience with the company and we have the right to review it.
  Our pool has been paid in full months ago and it’s still not completed
  our pool heater still does not work nor do our pool lights work because the transformer still hasn’t been provided by blue haven pools.
  
  Mick also advised me to buy a second water pump for my heater through blue haven pools for $1120, however after I bought it elsewhere for the fraction of the cost ($480) it’s now apparently not needed anymore and it’s just thrown to the side of the house, unboxed and un returnable, and the excuse was that every installer installs the pool equipment differently and the installer did not find it necessary .. as a customer this is unacceptable.
  We have been waiting for soo long and it’s honestly sickening. At first we were soo excited to be having a pool... but now... we are just sick of it and we really regret going through them.
  Just because Blue haven pools is soo well known, that doesn’t mean they are good at what they do.
  I definitely would not recommend them at all. STAY AWAY!
  This is not a fake review at all. I am unfortunately a blue haven pool customer and this is my true experience with them, btw this is only a fraction of the hell they have given us.
