- Peter Hodgson Added August 30, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I became a member with Verve for Life in 2011 where I commenced one-on-one personal training, small group training, yoga, and more recently, movement classes. I have been with CrossFit VFL since the day it opened in 2013. Across both facilities at Warners Bay I have so much fun and am never bored. The staff are entertaining and inspirational. The people I train with everyday are hilarious, welcoming and supportive. They work hard but above all they don’t take themselves too seriously.

Then they found out we were from the states and would not honor the price and tried up charged us since we are only here for a week. Very disappointing and not how the Crossfit community should treat out of town athletes.
After this experience, they were completely professional in admitting the error of situation. They had a new employee answering the phones, which I can accept the human error. They contacted us, apologized, attempted to amend the situation. First class offer. While we did not follow through and work out at the facility it was very nice of them to go to such lengths to fix the situation. I'm so impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the trainers, the precision, planning and thought that goes into the sessions and really love the community/ family-like vibe of people built by such an open and welcoming team. So amazing to be apart of. Worth every cent and can not recommend highly enough!!
