    Male staff member seemed rude and smelled really bad. Couldn't deal with bad body odour so I left.

    Went and picked up a set of chest of drawers on got it home to find it all broken on the in side. Had to wait 5 day to get it replaced

    Absolutely no customer service experience, completely disorganised and incompetent, put on hold and can hear the rude staff swearing about what an inconvenience you are as they have lost your order! Needs a complete restructure and professional and competent staff!

    service and quality was undesirable , furniture very over priced .
    Will never buy here ever again.

    Hopeless. Delivered faulty furniture. Partially delivered the order. Each time we call gets the reply the person dealing with is not there and will call tomorrow and tomorroe never comes. Will not recommend to anyone. They are just scam. Unless you are picking up by yourself on the same day dont buy. If you are buying remember its the cheapest furnitures on higher price.
